Durezza™ Limited 10-Year Residential and Commercial Warranty

Durezza, LLC provides a Limited Warranty to the Original Purchaser during the first ten (10) years after the initial installation that its Durezza™ Quartz Surface (the Product) will be free from manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not apply to Durezza, LLC products that have been installed or maintained in any manner contrary to the product’s Fabrication and Installation Guidelines and Care and Maintenance Guidelines.

Durezza, LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to replacement, repair or refund of any product found to be defective when properly installed for interior use only, used for the intended purpose and maintained in accordance with the Care and Maintenance Guidelines and Product Disclaimers provided.   The decision to replace, repair or refund the defective product will be at Durezza, LLC’s discretion.  If Durezza, LLC opts to replace or refund the defective product, Durezza, LLC will not be liable for any labor costs associated with the replacement or removal of the defective product. 

Durezza, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in conjunction with the use of this product.  These include, but are not limited to, shipping damages; damages occurring during or after installation or removal; damages from excessive heat, chemical use or improper cleaning agents; and damages occurring from careless handling or abuse.

This product is made with natural materials.  As in any natural material, some slight color variation may occur with each product.

Product Design Changes:  Durezza, LLC reserves the right to redesign, alter or modify its product and shall incur no liability if a customer’s inventory differs from the current design being sold.

This warranty is given expressly and in place of all other expressed or implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and this warranty is the only warranty made by Durezza, LLC.  Please note local code compliance and state consumer rights may vary.
